Re: Reaching a final version of Addendum to BPWG

Following further review of this document by Alan, François and myself, 
I have posted a slightly amended version at [1]. Note the 'a' before the 
file extension.

I commented on each of the points made by Alan and François in reply to 
their mails. The changes I made on my own were of a very similar nature 
- i.e. correcting typos (mostly my own). The biggest single change was 
in section 3.8 where

"Content may be suitable in a controlled environment, with logon for 
entry, for example for retrieval of large medical scans on mobile devices."

became

"Otherwise unsuitable content may be suitable in a controlled 
environment, perhaps with logon for entry. This might be relevant, for 
example, for the retrieval of large medical scans on mobile devices."

Other errors I spotted were picked up by others so I am reasonably 
confident now that, with several pairs of eyes having gone over this, 
the doc is now stable.
