Hi BPWG,

As a follow-up to the discussions we had a few months ago on getting the
"lang" attribute added to XHTML Basic 1.1 (and thus making it easier for
XHTML 1.0 sites to be mobileOK), the XHTML2 Working Group has released
today a Proposed Edited Recommendation of XHTML Basic 1.1 that
integrates the lang attribute:
