mobileOK Scheme and Policy published

Hi mobileOK fans,

As agreed last week, the W3C mobileOK Scheme 1.0 document was published 
yesterday as a WG Note at:
  http://www.w3.org/TR/mobileOK/

The mobileOK policy was made public as well:
  http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/2008/04-mobileok-policy.html

This should mark the end of any active work on mobileOK within the 
group, so congrats everyone! :)
