MWBP-WCAG doc - Audience section

Document: Relationship between Mobile Web Best Practices (MWBP) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Editor's Draft: http://www.w3.org/2005/MWI/BPWG/Group/TaskForces/Accessibility/drafts/latest

Hi Alan & all,

In skimming the MWBP-WCAG document for final publication approval, I was surprised to see the "Audience" section. I had missed it previously because it's before the Table of Contents heading and and not listed in the contents. Perhaps other reviewers missed it as well, because it is with the Status section (before the separator line).

Perhaps it was with the Status section because you meant it only to be part of the document during review, and then deleted? My apologies if this was discussed previously and I forgot.

Anyway, I think the "Audience" section is unnecessary. I propose deleting it. The audience for this document is people who are familiar with MWBP or WCAG.

The audience is clearly defined from the beginning, and throughout this page. Furthermore, there are pointers to the introductory information in separate pages ("Web Content Accessibility and Mobile Web" and "Shared Web Experiences"), which meets the needs of audiences who want a non-technical overview. These are in the Abstract and in the "How to Use This Document" sections.

Therefore, I think this page does not need a separate Audience section.

Regards,
~Shawn
