I would like to make sure that a few pending issues regarding the CTG are properly handled:

ISSUE-285: Best Practices on links rewriting in the CT guidelines

ISSUE-295: reconcile pragmatism and expediency with good practice

ISSUE-298: Eduardo's point about linked stylesheets

Regarding the last one, I seem to be the only one to have provided input so far.
