Hello all,

Manrique and I finished the addendum with the following changes made:


- Jo's proposed texts from ACTION-884 have replaced the appropriate
passages in the addendum.  Minor corrections to reflect evaluations
rather than tests were made

- Dom's changes to some evaluations were expanded to the entire set of
evaluations
   * all pointers to the BPWG group about the tests have been removed
   * all questions to the group have been removed
   * all non-filled sections ("none") have been removed 
   * all tests are now evaluations
   * where appropriate a paragraph on "relevant device properties" has
been added

- all evauations had to be changed from negative tests (if not
this...fail) to positive evaluations (check that this has been done)
  This is a major source of error, even though the evaluation itself has
not changed

- The markup has been cleaned up and the format of the evaluations
unified, where possible

- all tests have been renumbered due to the removal of the "Test format"
section

- all editorial comments, ins and del etc. have been removed





This constitutes a major rewrite of the document, without, hopefully,
changing the substance of the evaluations themselves.
Please read and comment on the document.
I would be grateful for any mistakes that are uncovered and will correct
them promptly.
