code corrections for 5.9.4 and 5.9.5

the email system munged the formatting
for the code examples I sent with the text
so attached please find a zip file with
corrected preformatted code examples for the draft
for sections 5.9.4 and 5.9.5

there is one chunk for 5.9.4
and two for 5.9.5
and all 3 are wrapped in <pre/> tags
for proper display within the draft document web page
