Charter for the mobileOK Pro Task Force

- Timeline of the Task Force:
* Charter will be delivered by 21-02-08
* First draft of reworked tests will be delivered by 21-02-08
* LC by 08-05-08
* LC comments addressed in June
* CR by end of June

- Scope of the Task Force's work:
* The scope of mobileOK Pro Tests is all tests not covered by mobileOK
Basic Tests
* Testing is to be done against the default delivery context (DDC)
* An emulator will be created with code provided by Jo and modified by
Segala

- Deliverables of the Task Force:
* mobileOK Pro Tests Dokument
* a modified version of a DDC emulator

- The mobileOK Pro TF will
* be governed by the agreements set forth in the BPWG regarding Task
Forces found at http://www.w3.org/2005/MWI/BPWG/Group/TaskForces/
<http://www.w3.org/2005/MWI/BPWG/Group/TaskForces/>  
* provide a test format that minimizes the variance of results produced
through subjective tests
* reexamine mobileOK Basic tests for necessary changes and provide those
changes for the work group
* identify requirements which may need cooperation with other working
groups

- Exclusions
* The Task Force will focus on tests examining the final result of
content creation, not the process thereof.
