I happened by the WG homepage... http://www.w3.org/2005/MWI/BPWG/ and I got that "ugh; why do blogs use tiny fonts all the time?" feeling; then I realized I'm as obliged as anybody else to help get this one right. The relevant QA tip says... "Avoid sizes in em smaller than 1em for text body" -- http://www.w3.org/QA/Tips/font-size I agree.
