why is the font size so small on the mobile best practices WG homepage?

I happened by the WG homepage...

and I got that "ugh; why do blogs use tiny fonts
all the time?" feeling; then I realized I'm as
obliged as anybody else to help get this one right.

The relevant QA tip says...

 "Avoid sizes in em smaller than 1em for text body"

I agree.

Would you please change the font size on MSW/BPWG/ ?
or suggest how the QA tip should change?
