New Last call of Mobile Best Practices

As you may have noticed, the Mobile Web Best Practices Working Group
released a new version of the Best Practices document last week:

This is a second Last Call Working Draft, following the previous Last
Call period; the disposition of the comments we received during the
first Last Call is available at:
http://www.w3.org/2006/04/mwbp-doc.html
and the changes since the previous version are at:
http://www.w3.org/2006/04/mwbp-diff.html

If you wish to comment on the new Working Draft, please send your
comments to public-bpwg-comments@w3.org (archived at [1]) before May 3rd
to be taken into account as Last Call comments.
