LC-2064: duplicated IDs in the document

This one's easy since it's incorrect: IDs are correctly defined in the 
markup of the document.

Elliotte replied privately and agreed this was a mistake.

FWIW, it seems to be a bug in Firefox 3.0. If you select some text, and 
use the "View Selection Source" option in the context menu, duplicated 
IDs may be incorrectly displayed.
