CT agenda item for next week's MWBP F2F

Hi all,
Attached is a short set of requirements distilled from a quick walk-thru of three Content Transformation use cases, and some general requirements in support of them. This is offered as input to next week's MWBP F2F meeting, as AT&T's initial input to the task force. I would appreciate it if this can be placed on the agenda for the meeting.
