Hello everyone, 
 
I've posted an update to the guidelines document at [1]. It includes the
changes we discussed on last week's telconference. In particular, 
 
- the term 'transcoder' has been replaced with 'content transformation
server' 
- the title has been changed
- the term 'actors' has been included in the notes within the introduction
