For the Default Delivery Context [1], does the Maximum Total Page Weight of 20kb just mean the HTML or does that include the HTML and everything on the page?
 
If it is for everything on the page, with the variety of Web content out there (e.g. video and images galleries), how reasonable is it for people to obtain the 20k limit?
