There is a new version online [1]. Discussion has continued on the mailing list [2] and the document now incorporates resolution of most of the comments raised by the WAI Education and Outreach working group, although there are some of the more involved changes still pending. I won't be on the call tomorrow but look forward to discussing this work at the face to face on Monday.
