momentums of blockchain CG

Hi.

I'm at W3C TPAC 2017
trying to find momentums of blockchain CG

followings are some topics discussed with w3c members.

1. blockchain scripts on the web
we are able to think implementing blockchain scripts on the web

2. solving conflict of Same Origin Policy with blockchain
- local resources (like secure elements) are restricted by SOP the security
principle of web
- blockchain will be able to support solving SOP conflict

3. formatting small numbers
- web is able to support displaying small numbers under decimal point
