There have been a number of us working through Rebooting Web of Trust[1] on Refugee + Blockchain use cases. I met Grace Ezzell at last years United Nations ID2020 summit (which focused on elaborating upon refugee use cases). Grace is raising money to travel to Palestine to do in person use case studies. She only needs $1.5K more... 3 days left. If she's successful, we'll have some really solid use cases, backed by field work, to integrate into our use cases document.
