WIP report of the OpenKeyChain spec to be released.

Currently, the English version of OpenKeyChain spec (intended to be studied
and supplemented by the blockchain community group, and used as the basis
for a more general spec) is drafted on Github.

Since it's still being drafted, few more chapters are to be expected added
(one chapter concerning end-to-end message signing/encryption using
blockchain identities, and the conclusion.)

Please feel free to contribute and help me with possible errors (either
grammatical or technical) or ideas to improve.
