W3C Blockchain Workshop Program Committee Telcon

Hi, folks–

The best time for the majority of respondents was Fridays at 6pm UTC 
(2pm ET/11am PT). I've attached a calendar invitation for this Friday, 
13 May.

I'll send an agenda on Thursday.

Those who can't participate by phone, we still welcome your activity on 
email. The chair and I will be sending out some specific questions for 
you over the next couple of days.

Logistics:

For text chat and logging, we use IRC (Internet Relay Chat). If you 
don't have an IRC app already, you can use W3C's web interface:
