OK, we're on.  I would like to talk about the draft of the issue 57
background document.

It's probably best if you put off reviewing it until Monday. I will
make a snapshot Sunday night or Monday morning, so that we're all
talking about the same document. If you have time to review before
Monday but not on Monday, then you should read the current version
