AWWSW telecon, Tues Feb 17

Harry, did you say you'd have something for us to look at for our next
call? If you send it soon, we can talk about it.

Otherwise, I would like to suggest we continue with HTTP. My latest
thought is that RFC 2616 really has two layers, a transport spec
consisting of MUSTs, and a REST theory consisting of SHOULDs. So I
think we might be able to finish up (or skip over) the transport layer
soon, and move on to the REST layer (state, CN). If you want to see
how I think CN should be understood see
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-tag/2009Feb/0080.html .

As usual organizing AWWSW is painful because so little effort is going
into it between calls, and that's none of our faults. But we agreed
we'd keeping meeting, so let's.

Jonathan
