I've started a set of notes on RFC 2616 based on the conversation David and I had on Tuesday: http://esw.w3.org/topic/AwwswRfc2616 Of course there will be relations indicating syntactic relationships (a header that is part of an entity and so on). And I haven't touched proxies or caches yet. I've tried to do only the most modest interpretation and annotation of the terms, making a few tentative connections to AWWW, but I'm likely to inflame someone anyhow. Let me know what you think.
