HTTP ontologies

I had said in the call that there were HTTP-related ontologies,  
perhaps used by Tabulator. Indeed there are:

http://www.w3.org/2007/ont/http
http://www.w3.org/2007/ont/httph

Tabulator also uses a few URIs that look as if they belong to the  
httph ontology, but don't resolve:

http://www.w3.org/2007/ont/httph#content-type

Nothing very deep here, but these URIs may come in handy.
