The purpose of this message is to provide a referenceable proposed definition of "information resource".

Proposed definition: An "information resource" is a function from time and requests to representations:

  f: Time x Request --> Representation

Proposed shorthand names for this definition are:

"ftrr" stands for "Function from Time and Requests to Representations".
