Remote F2F Participation information

I have setup WebEx for Monday through Thursday of next week. Meeting

The Auto WG is meeting on Monday and Tuesday, the BG on Thursday. Start
time is 9am PDT with coffee, lunch and snack breaks. We will likely go
until 5pm.

I will be making some modifications to the agenda based on conversation
with Paul and pending liaison meetings. There may be some modifications
as the week goes on as well.

Wednesday is an unconference with various breakout sessions. If there
are topics of interest for remote and local attendees, this WebEx can
be used although I think that may be too hectic to arrange.
