I concur regarding poll.  I specifically setup the first meeting at a time that worked well for the contributors, both Patrick and Patrick, 10pm CET to kick it off.    As I stated in the email time and name will be first administrative items on the agenda.  I am open.  My only request is that the times work for both Patrick and Patrick.
