Hi Meir,

Glad to have you on board.  In early 2015 a Working Group was formed.  The Vehicle Information Access and Data specs were picked up by that group.  Since then there has been a shift to a service spec and use of Vehicle Signal Spec from GENIVI.  You can find everything here:
