Interfacing and interacting with Android Automotive

While we will be waiting for feedback and some away at the start of the
Summer, we figured we could explore Android Automotive and how we might
want to interface with from VISS via GENIVI VHAL/VSS work and the various
bidirectional functions such as digital key (CCC) being implemented in AA
that would be useful for RPC discussion.
