Final call for rule "Document title is descriptive"

Hi Auto-WCAG Community Group,

The rule “Document title is descriptive” has gotten it’s 3 initial approvals, so it is now ready for you to have one last look at it and see if you can approve to it being published as an Auto-WCAG rule.
