All action items are still open. ITEM 2: Review of SC1-1-1-aria-describedby [2] Reviewing comments [3] and updates: The text "the proper provision of a short text alternative.." moved to the background section. An example is added to the references of short text alternative. A question is removed. ITEM 3: Review of SC1-3-1-headings [4] Comments [5]: We should check if an empty headings are actually ignored by assistive technologies. Heading levels should be removed from checking as it is not on wcag. The value of "User interaction required" and "context-sensitive" should be "no". Formulate the question more general and ask user to look at the content and estimate. We might make this test fully automatic as it is risky to ask user for headings. Everything at the beginning of a paragraph or block that is styled differently might be a heading. An example is on [6]. It is looking for <p> and for each paragraph it searches for headings. ITEM 4: Review of SC2-4-4%2BSC4-1-2-anchors-have-names [7] Comments [8]: Step 2 does not apply to the content of the link because that content will be ignored if there is a label (aria-labeledby or aria-labeled is used) so Step 2 and Step 3 cannot be merged.
