Re: Weekly Telecon.

Hi Group,

So far it looks like The Tuesday option works for everyone who regularly attends the calls. Thank you all for replying so quickly.

I will move the call to Tuesdays and the next call will be in 2 weeks time on Tuesday 11th December.

Hongchan, the next time you speak to Raymond could you check that this works for him? If not we can look at the scheduling again when he returns to work.

Best

Matt

Dear Group,

As I mentioned on the call today it is no longer possible for me to meet on our current telecon schedule (Thursdays 12:00 EDT). I do not think that we have an option for changing the time given the timezones that we are in.

For me there are 3 options

  1. Move the call to Wednesdays 12:00 EDT
  2. Move the call to Tuesdays 12:00 EDT
  3. Keep the call as it is and I will only join for the first 20 minutes.

Please can those who regularly join the call reply to me with a preference and I’ll see if any of the options work.

Best

Matt
