Hi all,

Today we (Paul, Scott and myself) went through issues in our new dashboard:

- The good news is big items (GC, tail time and channel count) are finally
heading toward a consensus.
- Paul gave us updates on the new media encoding/decoding API
- I shared early feedback from Chrome team on the low-level device API.
- I believe we'll have some downtime next week (due to US holidays), so
some PRs are expected to be emerged. :)
