I think it's up to you.  But as long as you avoid the 20 respec warnings, I
think it's pretty clear if I've made other mistakes.  I think I'd avoid
checking that the links work; we'll probably have to go through that after
this CL lands.  I think many of the existing <a href="#idl-foo"> stuff
needs to be replaced with plain <a>, possibly adding <dfn> as needed to
linkify correctly.

I don't think it's a problem, but I think when the contiguous idl stuff
gets merged, you'll basically need to rewrite it all, because many things
will have moved very far from where they used to be, even if the
surrounding text hasn't really changed.
