Web MIDI API Draft 09 June 2016

Dear Chris Wilson and Jussi Kalliokoski,

I noticed that in Web MIDI API W3C Editor's Draft 09 June 2016 there is a
mistake in Section 4.4 (MIDIOutputMap Interface); it is written

outputs.forEach( function( key, port ) {


It should be

outputs.forEach( function( port, key ) {


just like in Section 4.3 (MIDIInputMap Interface).  Thank you.
