Dear Group,

I can confirm that the F2F will happen on the Thur 7th/Fri 8th April 2016.

We have rooms booked in the Technology Square Research Building (TSRB) at Georgia Tech.

http://www.tsrb.gatech.edu/index.html

April 7th Room 226
April 8th Room 222.

Both have a projector and audio. Wifi logins will also be provided.

We have these rooms 9-5 (approx) for both days so should be plenty of time.

As you will be aware the Web Audio Conference will be taking place at the beginning of this week and it would be great if you could also attend a plenary as part of the conference on Wednesday morning. You will not meet to register for the conference if you are only attending the plenary.

This is the closest building to the conference hotel (http://www.regencysuites.com/) and conference venue where we can get conference rooms. It’s about 3 blocks from the conference venue and 5 blocks from the hotel. There is a free “Tech Trolley” shuttle that stops right in front of the building and also stops at the conference venue and right next to the hotel. Alternatively, you can book at the Georgia Tech hotel, which is directly across the street from TSRB: http://www.gatechhotel.com <http://www.gatechhotel.com/>.

Look forward to seeing you all in April.

Best

Matt
