Re: F2F Atlanta

If you are only attending the plenary on the Wednesday morning then you will not need to register for the conference.

On the Georgia Tech campus – location to be confirmed as soon as we have confirmed the date.

This works for me, although the doodle poll suggested that everyone was available on Mar 31-Apr 1.

Couple of questions. To attend the plenary, do we need to register for the conference? Do we know where the F2F will be held? Will it be in the conference venue? Somewhere else in Georgia Tech?

Dear Group,

After looking through the doodle poll and thinking about the timing of the Web Audio Conference I’m proposing the following schedule for the F2F.

Mon 4th - Weds 6th April. Web Audio Conference for those that are attending http://webaudio.gatech.edu/

Morning of Weds 6th April. Working group plenary as part of the conference. This will be approx 1.5 hours most likely starting at 10am.
Thurs 7th - Fri 8th April. 9am - 5pm Working Group Face to Face

This would mean that people are not having to spend an extra weekend away if they are attending the conference and F2F.

Please can you confirm your attendance asap.

Best
