Unassigned open V1 issues down to single page

We are now down to *one page* in GitHub of unassigned V1 issues -- a total
of 25! Of course, making progress on the assigned ones is at least as
important, but this is still a significant milestone. There are a lot of
PRs stacking up, which is great.

Please let's keep up the momentum on fixing and closing spec issues. If you
have issues assigned to you, please work on those first before taking new
ones.

I'm heading to Tokyo this weekend, and will be in touch from there in the
coming week's run-up to TPAC.
