Redirect old editor's draft on dvcs.w3.org to current draft on github?

I just noticed that http://status.modern.ie/ links to [1], which is the
old editor's draft for the Web Audio API. There is no mention anywhere
in the document that it does not live at this location anymore, which
explain their mistake. We should do something about that, but I wonder
what would be the preferred way to handle this: 301, or maybe a very
visible box that explains the situation and points to github ?
