This section contains seemingly non-normative information that would be useful to make normative and merge into the AudioPannerNode and AudioListener sections, which are currently lacking a lot in detail.

The Panning Algorithm section is very odd, in that it lists a number of algorithms that "can be implemented" but does not actually require anything. The algorithms that need to be implemented must be specified in detail, preferably in the AudioPannerNode or AudioListener sections.
