[web-audio-api] WaveTable is poorly named (#170)

It's been pointed out off-list that the WaveTable name is poor, since this name has other connotations involving synthesis techniques which sweep through through multiple waves:

Suggested renaming is:
WaveTable -> PeriodicWave
