I agree we could and should drop sections 16 (Example Applications), 17 (17.
Security Considerations) and 19 (Requirements and Use Cases).

Section 16 is reasonably made moot by the large number of blogs and other
resources for developers (and should, if anything, be adopted and published
elsewhere by our dev community group).

Section 17 is empty.

Setion 19 is deprecated since we have http://www.w3.org/TR/webaudio-usecases/
