Actually, I was mistaken; I thought I had not yet listed the API components
prior to the descriptions, but I did.  This follows the same layout as the Web
Audio API spec (e.g. AudioContext referring to GainNode) - it describes the API
components in the API Overview, naming each type/interface, then describing
them in detail in logical order.
