Re: Questions about AudioParam

A few other (mostly minor) points.

1. The spec doesn't explicitly mention what needs to be computed before the
first automation event.  I'm just returning the default value.

2. It also doesn't mention what value should be returned after a
setCurveValueAtTime automation event.
