I'm planning on putting up a "State of Web Audio" page on html5audio.org to keep track of where things stand currently; just haven't gotten to it yet. At the moment, it's really just Chrome, iOS 6 beta, and Safari 6 Developer Preview, that have support for Web Audio API.
