Perhaps slightly far-fetched, but future tele-conferencing services are 
likely to (want to) use binaural processing to position remote 
participants:

You can achieve that by using HRTF convolution, which would be supported 
by the audio APIs convolution block (or similar). It's a slightly 
different use case than "voice enhancement" though, so we might want to 
capture it separately?
