Hehe! Indeed it is copied! Or, well, hand copied to fit the purpose, i.e.
adjusted, but copied all the same. :)

I was wondering about the same, actually. I'll try to think of a better
wording (I was thinking about SHOULD, but MAY may be more fit) and consider
how that affects the steps the UA should take.
