[WebAudioAPI] AudioPannerNode models

Hi,

The AudioPannerNode has three possible models
EQUALPOWER, HRTF and SOUNDFIELD.
However it is not defined anywhere what those algorithms
actually do. Especially SOUNDFIELD is very vague.
