Comments on ATAG 2.0

Please find attached comments from Sally Cain, a colleague of mine at
the RNIB. Jan Richards, interim staff contact, has already had a look
over the comments and made the following response:

"regarding, ISO 9241-171...I wish we could simply link. In fact, in an
earlier iteration of ATAG 2.0 we did just that, but unfortunately we
were informed that a W3C Recommendation cannot point to a non-freely
available standard as part of a normative requirement and so we were
instead forced to build our own version."
