CFC: Close WAI-ARIA UAI TF, SVG Accessibility TF, and Digital Publishing TF

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to the ARIA Working Group regarding

closing the following Joint Task Forces of the ARIA working group.



* WAI-ARIA User Agent Implementation Task Force

* SVG Accessibility Task Force

* Digital Publishing ARIA Task Force

This CfC is now open for objection, comment, as well as statements of

support via email. Silence will be interpreted as support, though

messages of support are certainly welcome.
