RE: Updated double thumb slider example for ARIA Authoring Practices Guide

As is generally true of Jon's examples, it's well documented and worked correctly in my brief test. I tried all of the keyboard operations described in the table with JAWS 18/Chrome/Windows 10. I have access to various other software combinations; you're welcome to ask if there are specific user agent/AT combinations that you would like to see tested.
